This Royalty & Payout Policy (the “Policy”) explains how royalties are reported, processed, credited, withheld, deducted, and paid by All Humans Cry (“All Humans Cry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Service, Distribution Agreement, Anti-Fraud Policy, Refund Policy, Copyright & Takedown Policy, and any other applicable agreement or policy published by All Humans Cry.

By creating an account, submitting a release, purchasing a subscription, requesting a payout, or otherwise using the services of All Humans Cry, you agree to this Policy.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all users, artists, labels, managers, representatives, business accounts, rights holders, and any other person or entity using the services of All Humans Cry.

This Policy applies to all royalties, royalty balances, payout requests, payout methods, payout fees, royalty reports, account balances, deductions, reversals, holds, frozen balances, negative balances, tax information, verification requests, and any other payment-related matter connected to the services of All Humans Cry.

2. Royalty Collection Model

All Humans Cry provides music distribution services through third-party distribution partners. All Humans Cry currently collects royalties from third-party distribution partners, including Too Lost where applicable, and then pays eligible users after the royalties have been received, reviewed, cleared, and made available in the user’s All Humans Cry account balance.

Users are not paid directly by Too Lost, DSPs, streaming platforms, download stores, social media platforms, or other third-party distribution partners unless All Humans Cry expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Royalties are only payable to users after All Humans Cry has actually received the relevant funds from the applicable third-party distributor or partner. If All Humans Cry has not received the funds, the user has no immediate right to receive payment for those royalties from All Humans Cry.

3. No Direct DSP Payment

All Humans Cry does not pay users based on estimated DSP earnings, projected streaming numbers, unconfirmed analytics, expected royalties, or unreleased reports.

Royalties become eligible for payout only after they have been received by All Humans Cry from the relevant third-party distribution partner and reflected in the user’s balance, subject to this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Anti-Fraud Policy, applicable payout requirements, and any applicable holds, deductions, reversals, or investigations.

4. Royalty Reports and Dashboard Balances

Royalty data, analytics, reports, and dashboard figures may be displayed in the user’s account. Such figures are for informational purposes only unless and until they have been confirmed, paid to All Humans Cry, cleared, and reflected as available in the user’s balance.

In general, royalties will only be reflected in the user’s available balance after All Humans Cry has received and processed the corresponding funds from the third-party distribution partner.

Dashboard analytics may differ from final royalty amounts. Streaming numbers, performance data, country data, DSP analytics, estimated earnings, and other figures may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, adjusted, corrected, or unavailable due to DSP reporting systems, distributor reporting systems, currency conversion, fraud detection, rights disputes, technical issues, or other reasons outside the control of All Humans Cry.

5. Royalty Reporting Frequency

All Humans Cry generally receives royalty reports on a monthly basis from its third-party distribution partners. However, reporting frequency may vary depending on the DSP, distribution partner, territory, monetization type, release type, reporting cycle, or technical availability.

DSPs and third-party distribution partners may report royalties late, adjust previously reported royalties, correct royalty statements, reverse previous royalty amounts, withhold royalties, deduct penalties, or change reporting methods.

All Humans Cry is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, corrections, reversals, deductions, withholding, or reporting changes caused by DSPs, third-party distribution partners, payment providers, or other external parties.

6. Finality of Royalty Reports

Royalty reports and royalty amounts received from third-party distribution partners are treated as final once they are processed and reflected by All Humans Cry, except where a later correction, reversal, deduction, fraud investigation, copyright dispute, payment issue, or partner adjustment applies.

Users may not dispute royalty reports solely because they disagree with DSP calculations, royalty rates, stream values, country rates, platform rates, payment formulas, or third-party distributor reports.

All Humans Cry does not control the rates paid by DSPs, the revenue-share calculations of DSPs, the reporting methods of third-party distributors, or the timing of royalty reporting.

7. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is USD $25.

A user may only request a payout when their available balance is equal to or greater than the minimum payout threshold, subject to this Policy and any applicable holds, deductions, verification requirements, or investigations.

If a user’s available balance is below USD $25, the balance will roll over and remain in the account until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

All Humans Cry may change the minimum payout threshold from time to time. If the minimum payout threshold changes, All Humans Cry will notify active users through reasonable means, such as email, dashboard notice, or website notice.

8. Payout Currency

Royalties are shown in the dashboard in United States Dollars (USD).

Payouts are made in United States Dollars (USD) unless All Humans Cry expressly supports another currency for a specific payout method, country, or user.

If currency conversion is required by the user’s bank, PayPal, payment provider, receiving account, or local jurisdiction, the user is responsible for all conversion fees, exchange rate differences, bank fees, payment provider fees, and any resulting losses.

All Humans Cry is not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank fees, PayPal fees, conversion losses, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, or other third-party financial charges.

9. Payout Request Process

Payouts are made only after the user manually requests a withdrawal.

Users may request a payout through the dashboard, specifically through the Earnings, Balance, or withdrawal section where available.

Submitting a payout request does not guarantee immediate payment. All payout requests are subject to review, approval, fraud checks, verification, payout method availability, tax information requirements, account status, minimum threshold requirements, and any applicable holds or deductions.

All Humans Cry manually reviews and approves payout requests. We may reject, delay, suspend, or request additional information for any payout request if information is missing, incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, under review, connected to fraud risk, connected to a copyright dispute, connected to a payment issue, or otherwise non-compliant with this Policy.

10. Payout Processing Time

After a payout request has been submitted and approved, All Humans Cry will use commercially reasonable efforts to process the payout as soon as reasonably possible.

Payouts are usually processed within approximately one week after approval. However, depending on workload, verification, payout method, payment provider processing, bank processing, fraud checks, tax checks, or other operational factors, payout processing may take up to 30 business days after approval.

The 30-business-day period begins only after the payout request has been approved and all required information, verification, and compliance checks have been completed.

All Humans Cry is not responsible for delays caused by banks, PayPal, payment providers, incorrect payout details, missing tax information, incomplete verification, sanctions screening, fraud investigations, DSP investigations, third-party distributor delays, or other external factors.

11. Supported Payout Methods

All Humans Cry currently supports the following payout methods where available:

  • Bank Transfer;
  • PayPal.

All Humans Cry may add, remove, suspend, replace, or change payout methods at any time. Planned or future payout methods may include e-cheques or other methods, but All Humans Cry does not guarantee that any future payout method will become available.

Payout methods may vary by country, user type, account status, payment provider availability, compliance requirements, currency availability, fraud risk, and technical limitations.

Users may select their payout method through the dashboard where available. All Humans Cry may reject or require changes to a payout method if it is unavailable, unsupported, suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent with user information, or otherwise unsuitable.

12. Payout Fees and Payment Provider Charges

All Humans Cry does not take a royalty commission from users unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, payout fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, payment provider fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, and currency conversion fees may apply.

Users are responsible for all payout-related fees, including payment provider fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, currency conversion costs, and other third-party charges connected to receiving royalties.

Where technically possible, All Humans Cry will attempt to display the estimated payout fee before the withdrawal is processed. However, some fees may not be visible to All Humans Cry before payment is sent or may be applied by the user’s bank, PayPal, or other payment provider after the payout has been processed.

All Humans Cry is not responsible if a payout provider, bank, PayPal, intermediary bank, or receiving institution applies additional fees that were not visible or known to All Humans Cry before the payout was processed.

13. Deductions

All Humans Cry may deduct from royalties, account balances, future royalties, or payout amounts any amounts that are owed, reversed, penalized, charged, or reasonably attributable to the user’s account, releases, conduct, or breach of policy.

Deductions may include, but are not limited to:

  • DSP penalties;
  • third-party distributor penalties;
  • artificial streaming penalties;
  • fraud-related penalties;
  • legal or administrative costs caused by fraud or breach;
  • investigation-related costs;
  • reversed royalties;
  • overpaid royalties;
  • payout errors;
  • negative balances;
  • payment provider fees;
  • payout method fees;
  • currency conversion costs;
  • bank charges;
  • deductions imposed by DSPs, distribution partners, payment providers, rights holders, or authorities.

All Humans Cry does not generally deduct unpaid subscription fees or chargebacks from royalties unless the deduction is connected to fraud, account abuse, legal enforcement, negative balance recovery, or another valid basis under the Terms of Service, this Policy, or applicable law.

14. Overpayments and Reversed Royalties

Royalty reports and payments may be corrected, adjusted, reversed, or reduced after they have been reported or paid.

If All Humans Cry overpays a user, or if a DSP, third-party distributor, payment provider, or other partner later reverses, corrects, deducts, or adjusts royalties after payment has already been made to the user, All Humans Cry may recover the overpaid amount.

All Humans Cry may recover overpayments by:

  • deducting the amount from future royalties;
  • reducing future payout amounts;
  • applying the amount to the user’s account balance;
  • creating or increasing a
  • negative balance;
  • requesting direct repayment from the user;
  • using any other lawful recovery method.

Users must promptly notify All Humans Cry if they become aware of any incorrect payout, overpayment, duplicate payment, or payment error.

15. Payout Errors

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date payout information.

If All Humans Cry sends a payout to incorrect payout details because the user provided inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information, the user is responsible for the loss, delay, or misdirected payment.

All Humans Cry is not responsible for recovering funds sent to incorrect payment details supplied by the user, although we may use reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

Users must report payout errors, missing payouts, incorrect payouts, or suspected payment issues within 30 days after the payout was processed or after the issue became visible in the account. Failure to report an issue within this period may limit All Humans Cry’s ability or obligation to investigate or correct the matter.

16. Taxes and User Obligations

Users are responsible for their own tax obligations in their country of residence, registration, incorporation, operation, or tax liability.

All Humans Cry does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Users must consult their own tax advisor, accountant, legal advisor, or competent authority regarding income tax, VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, business tax, reporting obligations, invoices, or any other tax matter.

Users must provide accurate tax information before receiving payouts where requested by All Humans Cry.

All Humans Cry may withhold, delay, reject, or freeze payouts if tax information is missing, incorrect, fake, incomplete, suspicious, inconsistent, or legally required before payment can be processed.

All Humans Cry does not currently require users to submit invoices before payout unless specifically requested or legally required. Business users and labels may be asked to provide company details, tax details, or other verification information where necessary.

Where legally required, All Humans Cry may withhold taxes, report payments, provide information to authorities, request tax forms, or comply with other tax-related obligations.

17. Verification and KYC

All Humans Cry may request verification before processing royalties or payouts.

Verification may include:

  • identity verification;
  • address verification;
  • company verification;
  • payout account ownership proof;
  • tax information;
  • payment method verification;
  • bank account verification;
  • PayPal account verification;
  • rights ownership information;
  • any other information reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment compliance, legal compliance, or account security.

If a user refuses verification, fails verification, provides inconsistent information, provides suspicious information, or does not respond to verification requests, All Humans Cry may freeze, delay, reject, or withhold payouts.

Users must keep identity, payout, tax, company, and account information accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

18. Royalty Holds and Frozen Balances

All Humans Cry may withhold, freeze, delay, reduce, or block royalties and payouts if any issue exists or is suspected.

Royalty holds may apply in connection with:

  • suspected artificial streaming;
  • suspected fraud;
  • copyright disputes;
  • ownership disputes;
  • fake metadata;
  • misleading metadata;
  • payment fraud;
  • chargebacks;
  • unpaid subscriptions;
  • missing tax details;
  • missing payout details;
  • suspicious account activity;
  • DSP investigations;
  • third-party distributor investigations;
  • legal claims;
  • sanctions or compliance issues;
  • identity verification issues;
  • payout verification issues;
  • account security concerns;
  • breach of the Terms of Service;
  • breach of the Anti-Fraud Policy;
  • breach of the Copyright & Takedown Policy;
  • any other issue that may create legal, financial, operational, reputational, partner, or compliance risk.

Royalties may remain frozen until the relevant issue is resolved to All Humans Cry’s reasonable satisfaction.

If a DSP or third-party distribution partner withholds, reverses, delays, freezes, deducts, or refuses royalties, All Humans Cry may also withhold, delay, freeze, deduct, or refuse the corresponding royalties from the user.

19. Fraud-Related Royalties

This Policy must be read together with the Anti-Fraud Policy.

Payouts may be frozen during fraud investigations. This includes investigations relating to artificial streaming, fake engagement, payment fraud, metadata fraud, copyright fraud, account abuse, suspicious promotion activity, suspicious royalty activity, or any other breach of the Anti-Fraud Policy.

If fraud is confirmed by All Humans Cry, Too Lost, a DSP, a third-party distribution partner, a payment provider, a rights holder, an authority, or another relevant party, All Humans Cry may permanently withhold, forfeit, deduct, or refuse payment of fraud-related royalties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Confirmed fraud may remove the user’s payout rights and refund rights connected to the affected account, releases, royalties, or services, subject to applicable law.

DSP penalties, third-party distributor penalties, artificial streaming penalties, chargebacks, reversals, legal costs, administrative costs, and investigation-related costs connected to fraud may be passed to the user.

20. Negative Balances

A user’s account may enter a negative balance.

A negative balance may be caused by, including but not limited to:

  • reversed royalties;
  • overpayments;
  • chargebacks;
  • DSP penalties;
  • distributor penalties;
  • unpaid subscription fees;
  • payout errors;
  • fraud penalties;
  • artificial streaming
  • penalties;
  • legal or administrative costs caused by the user;
  • investigation-related costs;
  • deductions imposed by DSPs, third-party distributors, payment providers, rights holders, or authorities.

Future royalties may be used to recover, reduce, or clear a negative balance.

If an account has a negative balance, the user may be blocked from requesting or receiving payouts until the balance becomes positive and the account is otherwise in good standing.

All Humans Cry may request direct repayment from the user for negative balances, overpayments, penalties, deductions, or other amounts owed.

A negative balance does not create any right to continue using the services, upload new releases, keep releases live, or receive payouts while the account is restricted, suspended, terminated, fraudulent, under investigation, or otherwise non-compliant.

21. Cancelled, Closed, or Terminated Accounts

If a user cancels their subscription, they may still withdraw legitimate royalties earned before cancellation, provided that:

  • the account is in good standing;
  • the available balance is at or above the minimum payout threshold;
  • no fraud, artificial streaming, copyright dispute, ownership dispute, legal claim, payment issue, negative balance, or compliance issue exists;
  • required tax, payout, identity, and verification information has been provided;
  • the payout request complies with this Policy.

If an account is terminated for fraud, artificial streaming, copyright fraud, payment fraud, account abuse, serious breach, or other serious violation, payouts may be blocked, royalties may be withheld or forfeited, and releases may be taken down.

If an account is terminated for normal reasons and there is no fraud, dispute, negative balance, payout issue, or compliance concern, unpaid legitimate royalties may remain payable in accordance with this Policy.

If releases are taken down, legitimate future royalties that arrive later may still be payable, provided that no fraud, artificial streaming, suspicious activity, dispute, negative balance, or other payout restriction applies.

Users may request remaining balances after account closure subject to applicable law, payout threshold requirements, account standing, verification, and this Policy. There is no fixed contractual deadline unless required or permitted by applicable law.

22. Balances Below the Minimum Threshold

If a user closes an account or cancels a subscription while the available balance is below the minimum payout threshold, the balance will remain unpaid until the payout threshold is reached, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by All Humans Cry.

If a user does not respond to payout emails, fails to keep payout information updated, or does not complete payout verification, royalties may remain in the user’s balance unpaid until the user updates the required information and submits a valid payout request.

Balances may be treated as inactive, dormant, abandoned, or otherwise handled only as permitted by applicable law.

23. Inactive or Unresponsive Users

Users are responsible for keeping their account, contact, tax, and payout information accurate and up to date.

If a user does not respond to emails, support requests, payout requests, verification requests, tax requests, fraud investigation requests, or other communications, All Humans Cry may delay or withhold payouts until the user responds and provides the required information.

All Humans Cry is not responsible for payout delays caused by unresponsive users, outdated contact details, incomplete payout information, missing tax details, or failed verification.

24. No Guarantee of Royalty Amounts

All Humans Cry does not guarantee any specific royalty amount, stream value, payment rate, revenue per stream, revenue per download, platform rate, territory rate, monetization rate, payout amount, or income.

Royalty amounts depend on DSPs, third-party distribution partners, territories, subscription models, advertising revenue, user behavior, currency conversion, rights splits, platform policies, fraud detection, deductions, taxes, reporting cycles, and other factors outside the control of All Humans Cry.

Any examples, estimates, projections, or analytics shown by All Humans Cry are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of future or final royalties.

25. No Royalty Commission

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, All Humans Cry does not take a royalty commission from users.

Users keep 100% of royalties received and cleared by All Humans Cry for their releases, subject to this Policy, payout fees, payment provider fees, deductions, reversals, fraud holds, tax obligations, negative balances, partner deductions, and other applicable adjustments.

26. Compliance With Other Policies

  • Copyright & Takedown Policy;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Distribution Agreement;

If an issue involves cancellation, subscription fees, refund eligibility, or chargebacks, the Refund Policy and Terms of Service will also apply.

All Humans Cry may update this Policy from time to time for legal, operational, payment, tax, fraud prevention, DSP, distribution partner, compliance, or business reasons.

If the changes are material, All Humans Cry may notify active users by email, dashboard notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.
