This Anti-Fraud Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service, Distribution Agreement, Royalty & Payout Policy, Copyright & Takedown Policy, and any other applicable agreement or policy between you and All Humans Cry (“All Humans Cry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy applies to all users, artists, labels, managers, representatives, business accounts, rights holders, and any other person or entity using the services of All Humans Cry. It applies to all accounts, releases, royalties, payout requests, metadata, marketing activity, playlist pitching, third-party promotion activity, upload activity, distribution activity, and any other use of our platform or services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, uploading a release, submitting metadata, requesting a payout, using our dashboard, using our distribution services, or otherwise using All Humans Cry, you agree to comply with this Policy.

All Humans Cry maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward artificial streaming, fraud, manipulation, copyright fraud, metadata fraud, payment fraud, impersonation, platform abuse, and any activity that may damage All Humans Cry, our users, artists, rights holders, distribution partners, digital service providers, payment providers, or the integrity of the music ecosystem.

1. Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to protect All Humans Cry, legitimate artists, rights holders, distribution partners, digital service providers, payment providers, and the wider music industry from fraudulent, manipulative, unlawful, misleading, or abusive conduct.

Fraudulent activity may lead to serious consequences, including rejected releases, delayed delivery, takedowns, royalty withholding, royalty forfeiture, account suspension, account termination, negative account balances, loss of refund rights, partner reports, DSP reports, payment provider reports, rights-holder reports, legal action, and reporting to competent authorities where appropriate.

This Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service and any other applicable policy. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a more specific written agreement or mandatory law, the more specific agreement or mandatory law will apply only to the extent required.

2. Zero-Tolerance Position

All Humans Cry has a zero-tolerance policy toward artificial streaming, fake engagement, fraud, manipulation, copyright abuse, payment fraud, account abuse, and deceptive conduct.

We may act against suspected or confirmed fraud even where the fraudulent activity was not carried out directly by the user, including where the user hired, instructed, benefited from, ignored, failed to monitor, or failed to stop a third-party marketing agency, playlisting service, promotion provider, bot network, engagement provider, or other external party.

Users are responsible for the activity connected to their accounts, releases, metadata, promotion campaigns, payout requests, royalty activity, and third-party service providers. A user cannot avoid responsibility by claiming that fraudulent activity was performed by a third party acting on their behalf, for their benefit, or in connection with their release.

3. Artificial Streaming and Fake Engagement

Artificial streaming is strictly prohibited. Artificial streaming includes any activity intended to inflate, manipulate, distort, or falsify streams, plays, views, saves, follows, likes, shares, playlist adds, Shazams, watch time, engagement, chart position, algorithmic performance, royalty generation, or other performance indicators.

Prohibited artificial streaming and fake engagement activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • bots;
  • stream farms;
  • click farms;
  • loop farms;
  • fake listener networks;
  • automated streaming scripts;
  • emulator-based streaming;
  • VPN, proxy, device, location, or account manipulation;
  • repeated self-streaming designed to inflate activity;
  • paid stream packages;
  • incentivized listening;
  • stream exchange groups;
  • save, follow, like, playlist-add, Shazam, view, watch-time, or share manipulation;
  • artificial playlist activity;
  • fake pre-save or follow campaigns;
  • fake engagement services;
  • coordinated manipulation by groups, communities, or third-party services;
  • any other method intended to create non-organic, misleading, or fraudulent activity.

Users may not buy, sell, arrange, request, accept, promote, or benefit from services that promise or provide “guaranteed streams,” “guaranteed playlist placements,” “guaranteed followers,” “guaranteed saves,” “guaranteed royalties,” “guaranteed charting,” or similar artificial results.

Any promotion method that relies on bots, fake users, fake playlists, fake traffic, artificial engagement, incentivized listening, stream farms, click farms, or deceptive traffic sources is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Promotion and Playlisting

Users are responsible for all third-party promotion, marketing, playlisting, public relations, advertising, or traffic-generation services connected to their music.

If you hire, use, or benefit from an external marketing agency, playlisting service, promoter, curator, advertising provider, traffic provider, social media service, or any other third party, you must ensure that such activity complies with this Policy, our Terms of Service, distribution partner rules, DSP rules, payment provider rules, and applicable law.

All Humans Cry may request information about any third-party promotion campaign, including the provider name, campaign dates, promotional methods, invoices, communications, screenshots, campaign links, audience targeting, playlist links, advertising records, or other supporting evidence.

You must disclose third-party promotion services upon request. Failure to disclose such information, or refusal to cooperate with a promotion-related investigation, may result in royalty withholding, release suspension, account restriction, or account termination.

If All Humans Cry reasonably believes that a promotion service is risky, suspicious, fraudulent, artificial, or harmful, we may require you to stop using that service immediately. Failure to stop such activity may be treated as a serious breach of this Policy.

All Humans Cry may offer playlist pitching and marketing support only to verified artists or labels. Such services do not guarantee streams, followers, saves, playlist placement, income, editorial support, algorithmic placement, audience growth, or any specific commercial outcome.

5. Copyright Fraud and Ownership Fraud

Copyright fraud, ownership fraud, rights fraud, and unauthorized content submission are strictly prohibited.

You may not upload, submit, distribute, monetize, or claim royalties from content that you do not own or control. You must have all required rights, licenses, permissions, clearances, and authorizations before submitting content to All Humans Cry.

Prohibited copyright and ownership fraud includes, but is not limited to:

  • uploading stolen music;
  • uploading leaked music;
  • uploading beats without a valid license;
  • uploading uncleared samples;
  • uploading unauthorized remixes;
  • uploading unauthorized cover songs;
  • uploading another artist’s catalogue;
  • uploading fake public-domain music;
  • uploading music under a false artist name;
  • uploading copyrighted artwork without permission;
  • submitting fake producer, songwriter, featured artist, vocalist, beatmaker, manager, label, publisher, artwork creator, or rights-holder permissions;
  • falsely claiming ownership of sound recordings, compositions, artwork, artist names, metadata, ISRCs, UPCs, or royalties;
  • submitting content where rights are disputed, unclear, revoked, expired, limited, or not properly documented.

All Humans Cry may request proof of rights at any time. Proof of rights may include written agreements, licenses, beat licenses, sample clearances, producer agreements, featured artist permissions, vocalist permissions, songwriter agreements, artwork licenses, copyright registrations, label authorizations, manager authorizations, publisher confirmations, or other documents reasonably requested by us.

If you fail to provide satisfactory proof of rights, All Humans Cry may reject, delay, freeze, suspend, remove, takedown, or block the release, withhold royalties, restrict payout requests, suspend the account, terminate the account, or take other action reasonably necessary to protect All Humans Cry, rights holders, distribution partners, DSPs, or the public.

6. Metadata Fraud and Impersonation

Fake, misleading, inaccurate, deceptive, or manipulative metadata is prohibited.

Prohibited metadata fraud and impersonation includes, but is not limited to:

  • fake featured artists;
  • fake collaborations;
  • fake label names;
  • misleading artist names;
  • impersonating another artist, label, company, brand, or rights holder;
  • using another artist’s image, likeness, voice, brand, logo, name, or identity without permission;
  • misleading release titles;
  • incorrect copyright lines;
  • fake ISRC or UPC ownership claims;
  • incorrect explicit content labels;
  • wrong rights-holder information;
  • misleading genre, version, remix, cover, public-domain, or ownership claims;
  • metadata designed to confuse DSPs, listeners, algorithms, search systems, royalty systems, or rights holders.

All Humans Cry may correct, reject, delay, remove, suspend, report, or request changes to releases with suspicious, inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant metadata.

Repeated metadata abuse, intentional impersonation, fake collaboration claims, false artist association, or misleading rights-holder information may lead to immediate account termination and catalogue takedown.

7. Payment Fraud, Payout Fraud, and Account Abuse

Payment fraud, payout fraud, identity fraud, tax fraud, account abuse, and suspicious financial activity are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • chargeback abuse;
  • use of stolen payment cards;
  • false payout details;
  • fake tax details;
  • fake identity information;
  • fake company information;
  • creating multiple accounts to bypass rules, restrictions, sanctions, payout limits, subscription requirements, fraud controls, or enforcement action;
  • using another person’s payment method or payout account without permission;
  • money laundering;
  • suspicious financial activity;
  • using All Humans Cry to receive, move, disguise, withdraw, or benefit from royalties generated through fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or manipulative activity.

All Humans Cry may request identity, tax, payout, company, address, account ownership, payment method, or other verification before paying royalties or continuing to provide services.

Payouts may be frozen, delayed, reduced, rejected, or withheld if payout details, identity details, tax details, company details, payment activity, account activity, or royalty activity appear suspicious, incomplete, false, inconsistent, unlawful, or non-compliant.

8. AI-Generated Music Abuse

All Humans Cry may review AI-assisted or AI-generated music carefully to prevent abuse, spam, impersonation, copyright infringement, and artificial royalty exploitation.

The use of AI tools is not automatically prohibited. AI-assisted use may be allowed where the user owns or controls all necessary rights, the content is not misleading, the content does not impersonate another artist or rights holder, and the content does not violate this Policy, our Terms of Service, distribution partner rules, DSP rules, or applicable law.

However, All Humans Cry may reject, delay, remove, or restrict AI-generated or AI-assisted content where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the content is low quality, spam-like, duplicative, rights-infringing, misleading, automated at scale, commercially abusive, or primarily created to exploit streaming royalties.

Prohibited AI-related conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • mass-uploading low-quality AI spam;
  • uploading near-duplicate AI tracks;
  • uploading AI-generated impersonations of real artists;
  • AI voice cloning without consent;
  • using AI to imitate famous artists or identifiable persons without authorization;
  • uploading AI-generated music that infringes third-party rights;
  • using AI content mainly to exploit streaming royalties;
  • submitting fully generated AI songs where the user has made no meaningful creative contribution and the content is low quality, spam-like, or non-compliant;
  • using AI tools to mislead listeners, DSPs, distribution partners, rights holders, or royalty systems.

AI may be used to assist with creative or technical processes such as remixing, mastering, audio enhancement, production assistance, or other creative support, provided that the final release is lawful, rights-cleared, non-deceptive, and accepted by All Humans Cry and any relevant distribution partner or DSP.

Fully generated AI songs may be reviewed, but they will often be denied or rejected where they are considered low quality, spam-like, rights-risky, misleading, or inconsistent with platform standards.

9. Detection Sources and Risk Signals

All Humans Cry may detect, assess, investigate, or act upon suspected fraud using any lawful and reasonable source of information, including but not limited to:

  • internal review;
  • abnormal streaming patterns;
  • abnormal royalty activity;
  • abnormal payout activity;
  • DSP reports;
  • Too Lost or other distribution partner reports;
  • copyright complaints;
  • payment provider warnings;
  • user reports;
  • public information;
  • metadata inconsistencies;
  • rights-holder complaints;
  • suspicious login or
  • account activity;
  • technical signals;
  • support communications;
  • mismatched account, tax, payout, or identity information;
  • repeated release rejection patterns;
  • abnormal upload volume;
  • suspicious geographic, device, IP, platform, or engagement patterns;
  • other information reasonably relevant to fraud prevention, rights protection, or platform security.

All Humans Cry is not required to disclose the full details of fraud detection methods, risk systems, partner reports, internal thresholds, technical signals, or investigation procedures where disclosure may compromise fraud prevention, platform security, third-party confidentiality, legal obligations, or enforcement effectiveness.

10. Investigations

All Humans Cry may investigate accounts, releases, royalties, payout requests, metadata, promotion campaigns, third-party services, ownership claims, payment activity, tax information, and any other activity connected to suspected fraud, abuse, infringement, or breach of this Policy.

During an investigation, All Humans Cry may pause, delay, restrict, or suspend:

  • release delivery;
  • takedowns;
  • royalty payouts;
  • payout requests;
  • dashboard access;
  • uploader access;
  • support of the disputed release;
  • future uploads;
  • release updates;
  • monetization services;
  • marketing or playlist pitching services;
  • any other service connected to the investigation.

Users must cooperate fully and promptly with investigations. Cooperation may include responding to emails, support tickets, verification requests, proof-of-rights requests, promotion disclosure requests, identity checks, tax checks, payout checks, or other reasonable requests.

Unless otherwise stated by All Humans Cry, users must respond within:

  • 3 business days for urgent fraud, payment, copyright, takedown, or legal matters;
  • 7 calendar days for standard investigation requests;
  • 14 calendar days for complex proof-of-rights or documentation requests.

Failure to respond, refusal to cooperate, providing false information, destroying evidence, delaying intentionally, or failing to answer emails or support requests regarding fraud may result in permanent account termination, royalty freezing, catalogue takedown, further investigation, and reporting to relevant third parties.

11. Royalty Withholding, Forfeiture, Deductions, and Negative Balances

All Humans Cry may withhold, freeze, delay, reduce, deduct, reverse, or refuse royalties and payouts if fraud, artificial streaming, payment fraud, copyright fraud, rights fraud, metadata fraud, account abuse, suspicious activity, or breach of this Policy is suspected.

If fraud or abuse is confirmed by All Humans Cry, Too Lost, a DSP, a distribution partner, a payment provider, a rights holder, an authority, or another relevant party, All Humans Cry may permanently withhold or forfeit affected royalties to the fullest extent permitted by law and applicable partner rules.

All Humans Cry may deduct from royalties, account balances, future royalties, or other amounts owed to the user:

  • DSP penalties;
  • distribution partner penalties;
  • artificial streaming penalties;
  • chargebacks;
  • payment provider fees;
  • legal costs caused by fraud;
  • administrative costs caused by fraud;
  • reversed royalties;
  • overpaid royalties;
  • investigation-related costs;
  • negative balances;
  • refunds, reversals, deductions, or claims imposed by DSPs, distribution partners, payment providers, rights holders, or authorities.

If Spotify, Too Lost, another DSP, distribution partner, payment provider, or other partner charges, deducts, invoices, penalizes, reverses, or withholds amounts from All Humans Cry because of a user’s release, account, activity, or conduct, the user is responsible for those amounts to the extent permitted by law.

If the user’s available royalty balance is insufficient to cover penalties, reversals, deductions, chargebacks, or other amounts owed, the user’s account may enter a negative balance. Future royalties may be applied to reduce or recover that negative balance.

A negative balance does not mean that the user is entitled to withdraw future earnings while the account is fraudulent, terminated, restricted, under investigation, or otherwise ineligible for payout. All Humans Cry may continue to withhold payouts while recovering negative balances, investigating fraud, complying with partner rules, or enforcing this Policy.

12. Account Actions and Enforcement Measures

If fraud, abuse, manipulation, infringement, or breach of this Policy is suspected or confirmed, All Humans Cry may take any enforcement action we consider reasonable and necessary, including but not limited to:

  • rejecting releases;
  • delaying releases;
  • removing releases;
  • taking down individual releases;
  • taking down all releases connected to an account;
  • freezing royalties;
  • withholding royalties;
    refusing payout
  • requests;
  • suspending dashboard access;
  • suspending uploader access;
  • restricting support services;
  • restricting marketing or playlist pitching services;
  • closing the account;
  • terminating the account immediately without prior notice;
  • banning future accounts;
  • refusing refunds;
  • deducting penalties, fees, reversals, or negative balances;
  • reporting the user to distribution partners, DSPs, payment providers, rights holders, law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities where appropriate;
  • preserving records for legal, fraud prevention, security, audit, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Serious fraud may lead to immediate account termination without prior notice. If an account is terminated for fraud, artificial streaming, copyright fraud, payment fraud, metadata fraud, impersonation, or another serious breach, all releases linked to that account may be taken down.

Users suspended or terminated for fraud, artificial streaming, infringement, payment abuse, or serious breach lose any refund rights to the fullest extent permitted by law and the applicable Refund Policy.

13. Record Retention and Repeat Offender Prevention

All Humans Cry may retain records relating to fraud, artificial streaming, payment abuse, rights disputes, copyright claims, account abuse, identity verification, enforcement actions, terminated accounts, and related investigations for as long as reasonably necessary to protect All Humans Cry, users, rights holders, distribution partners, DSPs, payment providers, and the public.

Such records may be used to prevent repeat offenders from creating new accounts, bypassing enforcement measures, submitting new releases, requesting payouts, or continuing fraudulent activity.

Record retention will be handled subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws, including applicable GDPR requirements where relevant.

14. Reporting Fraud

Users, rights holders, artists, labels, managers, representatives, DSPs, distribution partners, or other third parties may report suspected fraud, artificial streaming, copyright fraud, impersonation, payment fraud, metadata abuse, or other suspicious activity to:

support@allhumanscry.com

Fraud reports should include, where available:

  • reporter name;
  • reporter email address;
  • artist or release involved;
  • relevant links;
  • clear explanation of the issue;
  • evidence, screenshots, documents, or supporting information;
  • rights-holder information, where relevant;
  • any other information that may help All Humans Cry assess the report.

Submitting a fraud report does not guarantee any specific outcome, response time, release removal, royalty freeze, account termination, or legal action. All Humans Cry may review reports at its discretion and may take action where appropriate.

False, misleading, abusive, malicious, or bad-faith reports may themselves violate this Policy or our Terms of Service.

15. Appeals

A user may appeal a fraud-related decision once, provided that the appeal is submitted with relevant evidence.

Appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days after notice of the relevant decision, unless All Humans Cry expressly allows a longer period in writing.

An appeal must clearly identify the decision being challenged and include all relevant evidence, explanations, documents, proof of rights, promotion records, payment information, identity information, or other material supporting the appeal.

Royalties, payouts, dashboard access, uploader access, releases, and other services may remain frozen, suspended, restricted, or unavailable during the appeal process.

All Humans Cry may make the final decision after reviewing the appeal. We are not required to accept repeated appeals, unsupported appeals, abusive appeals, or appeals submitted after the deadline.

16. No Waiver of Other Rights

Actions taken under this Policy are in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Terms of Service, Distribution Agreement, Royalty & Payout Policy, Refund Policy, Copyright & Takedown Policy, applicable law, distribution partner rules, DSP rules, payment provider rules, and any other applicable agreement or policy.

A decision not to enforce this Policy in one situation does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.

17. Changes to this Policy

All Humans Cry may update this Policy from time to time for legal, operational, DSP, distribution partner, payment, security, fraud prevention, or business reasons.

If changes are material, we may notify users by email, dashboard notice, website notice, updated policy publication, or renewed acceptance requirement. Continued use of the services after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, unless mandatory law requires a different process.
